Bringing a car into Israel
 

Just looking at options for getting back to Europe from Egypt (not for a few months though) and one is the Grimaldi ferry from Haifa (though it is a pain that you can't offload a car in Turkey...). However, our carnet specifically excludes Israel. Can anyone tell me what the process is for bringing in a car not on a carnet?
