Bike stuck in Cartagena - permit ran out and I need a new one
Hi My bike is stuck in Cartagena As I had to leave quite quickly to return to the last April. I put the bike into storage. I plan to return to Cartagena in January and ride the bike to Houston unfortunately I only had a three month permit Do you know how I can get my permit renewed so that I can leave Columbia and enter Panama?
