Help filling out paperwork at the Banjercito website for Mex

I'm trying to fill out the forms at the Benjercito Web Site to get my Temporary Import of Vehicle permit. However, I'm a bit confused. I looked around here, but couldn't find an answer.

After entering my Passport info, I'm taken to a page to fill out registration details and address. The form is asking for two fields: "License Number" and "Registration".

Is the License Number the number on my license plate on the bike, or my Driver's License number? What's the Registration field?

Did anyone else fill this in, and if so, what'd you use for those values?

We have tried using this site before but found using it equally confusing. We used our drivers licence for the licence bit and our vehicle registration plates for the vehicle bit, but then as we continued we found that it does not accept UK "zip codes" or asked for other info we did not have. In the end we just turned up at the border and let the guys at the Banjercito counter do it. If you use a small border (like Naco) then it really doesn´t take too long at all.
