West Africa 2002 sept-oct-nov by public transport
 

I’m dreaming of travelling this year to West Africa, starting in Holland. Everything by train, boat, bus and taxi. My plan is to do this during three months (Sept., Oct., Nov 2002). I would like to travel low-budget through Spain, Marocco, Maretania, Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea, and back via Mali (maybe Algeria) and Marocco again.
The Sahara, meeting people, culture attracts me a lot. I’m a Dutch woman of 46 years old, grew up in Asia and was in Marocco before. already.
Anybody with similar plans who wants to join me?
