Weekend blast to Europe
 

Ok, ok I know its not a RTW adventure of a lifetime but wife, mortgage and two kids under 4 prevent such lofty ambitions!

Ive done a few weekend blasts to France over the years but now my bike mates have moved off bikes. I fancy another trip this Spring (maybe May). Nothing too time consuming, maybe a Thursday to Sunday. Dover - Calais ferry then maybe on to Normandy, Bruges, Amsterdam or Brussels.

Cheaper the better so no 5 star accomodation. Cheap hotels or camping all the way. I will be riding an RST Futura and Im not a would-be GP Star so speed limit +10 for a steady, relaxing ride is about where I will be. I will be travelling from St Helens, Merseyside.

If anyone fancies a 3 night trip out sometime in May on a pretty flexible basis, drop me a line.

I could be up for a w/end away(work depending) thinking of going away to avoid the royal wedding, possibly eiffel region.

I may be interested work permitting, i like both ideas so why not combine the two and go to Amsterdam eyefull region.
