Victoria BC all the way south.
I am going to be leaving from Victoria BC in the middle of October 08 and slowly making my way down the west of the USA, riding and enjoying Baja (maybe hang around for the 1000). Then to the mainland and head all the way south to catch the Dakar. Anybody in?
I am 30 years old and will be riding a kitted 08 KLR. I am a fairly medium paced rider who will want to camp as much as possible and stay off the main routes... well, we'll see once I have the bike loaded and hit the rough stuff. I will be carrying on to meet a friend in Europe to head down through Africa. Let me know who is interested.
