USA /CA to as far south as possible
Any one want to plan / ride together "to as far south," as we want to go?
I need a partner that would be wanting to do the same thing. I live in TJ now with my business in San Diego. I'm just "over the hill," with my business in economic hibernation. Free spirited and unincumbered!

What's the timeframe you expect to take off? I was planing to do the same and see the Mayan/Aztec pyramids along with other ancient ruins.

Heading south

Time Frame
Hi! The earliest would be June but I am flexible. I have a lease on a home that will expire end of June. I also have allot of storage and pet issues to deal with. I hope to take some ventures out possibley to BC (Canada)within a month or so.
I applied for my IDP and started looking at camping equipment. I am currently on a Strom DL1000. But may look for a smaller bike. I am not looking at any specific duration of this trip. I'm guessing 6 mos. min. I have the kind of business (Landscape) that I can put to bed and then bring it back to life. I do wan't to ride through BC (Mex) and ferry across to mainland and head for Guat and make it at least to CR. Plan on camping as much as possible with no set agenda besides making it to CR.
