Thailand and Beyond
 

Hi,

Shipping my van on the 17th of August from Mumbai to Thailand...The vessel is scheduled to arrive by the 27th (but ofcourse expecting a delay) I will be in Bangkok by the latest 23rd.... Anybody in Thailand at that time....

From there I will head up to Laos, then Cambodia....

Entering Laos on Sept 1 or 2

Driving south if possible will visit Vietnam then towards Cambodia-Thailand.

Suggest you hit the Blue Monkey bar on Ramkamhaeng Blvd in Minburi, just outside of Bangkok if you are in the area. Very relaxed and decent crowd. Gerhardt, the owner, can help you with some logistics if need be. He can also point out an inexpensive hotel nearby. I am no longer in Bangkok but have done a bit of SE Asia and lived in Bangkok for four years. You will enjoy your ride! PEace
