Tallahassee to Buenos Aires

Hi, I'm my name's Tim. I'm my riding GSA to Argentina. I left Canada in October and I'm in Tallahassee, Florida at the moment. I had an accident here several weeks ago and I've had to stop while my collarbone heals. It's better now and the bikes fine again too so I'm going to set off again soon.
Is anyone out there heading to Argentina from the US at the moment? It would be great to find a someone to travel with, don't really want to ride solo.

Hi Neil, I think I'll be heading into Mexico from much further west. I may hang around for a while on the Pacific coast somewhere to wait for a couple of guys who are heading that way, so perhaps I'll see you there? Hope you guys have a good trip, Tim

Hey Tim,
Will you stick to the Pacific side of South America or will you head to Chavez land...Venezuela?

I am planning on leaving the afternoon of the 1st of June for Brazil from Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela and would enjoy the company.

Cheers
Susan

Hi Susan, was planning take the non-Chavez route south. Mind you, if you fancy leaving earlier, in May, Brazil could be an option?

Hey Tim
I have that work thing going on until it looks like the 3rd of June now... So sorry I will miss you guys in the north, but you never know we just might meet up along the way further south.

Who knows maybe Chavez will throw us expats out and then I'll be able to leave earlier.
happy travelling
Susan

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
