Starting 1 Feb '05 - London to Cape Town, West Africa, BMW F
Hi all,
Well, things are mostly planned and it seems like this will go ahead. I'll be leaving London on/soon after 1 Feb'05, and heading for Cape Town via the Western Africa route. I'm riding a BMW F650GS. At the moment, my ittenary looks as follows for the 1st few counties: 01-Feb-05, England 02-Feb-05, France 05-Feb-05, Spain 08-Feb-05, Marrocco 15-Feb-05, Mauriatania 27-Feb-05, Mali Is there anybody else heading this way around this time? Hi, Thanks for the invitation.
My (more detailed) route planning has stopped in about Nigeria, so any local knowledge of how to proceed southwards at the time would be good. And few cold Stars as well, of course. ;-)
