South to North starting in October
 

Just checking in again.
On track to leave Durban South Africa end of Sept.
On to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe(just the top), Zambia, Malawi, Tanzainia, Kenya (by December), Ethiopia, Sudan, Chad, Cameroon, Nigeria, Niger and Algeria.
Probablly end in Feb.

Any body likley to make contact on my route?

Hi.

I will be heading south from nairobi to capetown in oct-nov 2002.
travelling on a bmw r 10 gs pd, keep an eye open, we might cross each other somewhere on the way. my route takes me through tanzania-malawi-zambia-namibia and finally down to capetown.

Sounds Great. Keep sending posts of your trip while your out there and maybe our paths will cross.

I leave from Capetown after Christmas and will be following more or less the same route.

Riding an R1100GS and in no real hurry. Let me know where you rest up and perhaps I will pick up your trail.
