Hope you have a boat booked and some accom/tent, I will be marshalling at Dorens bend just after Ballig bridge, you are most welcome to join us to watch the racing from there(private drive) just ask any marshals to point you in my direction, just say Dave from London.

Been looking for a ferry ticket for months, all the bike web sites and ebay, lots on ebay but I wanted to hold out for the right dates to see and take part in everything, then the landlord in my local pub tells me a guy came in the night before and said he was holding 6 tickets and one person had pulled out,put my pint down went straight round to his house and RESULT!!! one ticket bike + rider 31st May-10th June liverpool - Douglas face value.
Now thet`s what I call a fellow enthusiast no profit making.
I`AM ON MY WAY.

I'd suggest .. a non race day, and not thursday .. as the uk bm club have a meeting on then IIRC..

Say Tuesday?

And remeber the UK HU meeting is on shortly afterwards too.

TT meet-up

It's always difficult to arrange to meet up at anytime during the TT as there is always so much on, I can't make a pub for races as I will be on Dorans bend marshalling....No pub and a bit isolated. one other thing I did not think the UK BM club held TT meets anymore. Perhaps we can meet more than once for any that can't make a particular time/place. Where will you be at any known time?, BM meet(if ones on) Tuesday race week I'll be at the Crosby for Laverda meet... post more nearer the time.

I'd suggest not meeting with them .. I'm told that pub is small and may well have problems if all the bm people go there anyway.

I think you'll find any time will have something on somewhere .. it may well be difficult to isolate a time .. then there is the place problem ..

Cheers Frank. Yes the liverpool arms is quite small and also on a nasty bend where a badly ridden sports bike could easily 'join' you in the seating area out front ! The BM uk club for a good few years had a big meet every TT at The Glen Helen but don't know why it was stopped.

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
