Pune to Leh in July 2004
 

i am planning a trip from Pune (near Mumbai) to Leh (Ladakh) on my enfield in July 2004. would welcome company.

I live in Delhi and might be able to join you, I really want to see Ladakh, all I need is a bike.... Not sure yet whether to buy an Enfield or ride one of our BMWs over here from the UK.

When in July are you going? We're planning to head home early in July in time for the HU UK meeting 9th to 11th.

Me is doing Kanyakumari to Kasmir leaving on july 25th.
what are your plans?

I will be in Pune/Mumbai in a week or two and heading in the same direction before crossing to Pakistan. Might have to spend time in Delhi to pick up some visa's, but it would be good to do at least part of the trip with company. Keep me posted.
