Nairobi to Cairo-July/August 07
Yes, I know it will probably rain in Ethiopia and be stupidly hot in the Sudan, but we would love some company on parts of this leg of our trip. We plan to leave Nairobi in early July and be at Wadi Halfa for mid August. Company would be particularly welcome in the deserts of sudan (thanks Ian Dury) and on a possible alternative route to the usual Marsabit-Moyale road (yet to be researched).
Oh Yes,.. we re in a landcruiser, so could potentially support motorcycles by carrying fuel etc. Once we arrive in Cairo where my bike is stashed, we can show you some serious desert spots. See details of our trip so far on the links below.

I will be leaving from Cape Town on 4th or 5th of July for cape town and will be going through Nairobi. Let me know if you want to koin us any where. I am planning to do the trip in 35 days  Gary
