Mongolia to Laos through China 26 days July 14 to August 9th
 

Hi all, Well after much research ( not all by me) I think I have found a reasonable guide for china. It looks like costing approx £1600 each based on two motorcycles to travel through China. It will be a 26 day journey travelling on none highway roads. I am looking for one other Motorcyclist to share the China guide. Unfortunatly my dates are firm, I have zero flexibility on dates. If you are at all interested in the trip please let me know.

Possible alternative to the guide..
 

Hi all, first an unashamed bump...lol.And more news ooptions... I been told by the tour company that it may be possible to organise road freight through China for the bike, allowing the rider to backpack his way using the public transport. The bike would take 7 days to get to the Laos border, it would be stored there until the rider arrives and then exported ouyt of China into Laos. This of course will be a lot cheaper method of getting the bike through and will allow the rider an unescorted trip through China. still awaiting a price for freight I will post as soon as I have it. Option to ride through is still available...any one interested?.
