Miami to Nova Scotia to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska
Dear everyone,
Thinking of doing this route over 2 months, starting July 1st 2013... Miami - Maine - Halifax, Nova Scotia - Quebec City - Montreal - Thunder Bay - Winnipeg - Calgary - Prudhoe Bay, Alaska Is anyone doing part of the same trip at the same time? For those that have done it before... any tips you can give us all that are interested? I'm thinking of buying a used Triumph Tiger 800XC or a Tiger Explorer. If anyone in the Florida area is thinking of selling theirs between now and June 2013, let me know. Or if anyone has thoughts on the appropriateness of these bikes for such a tour, I'd like to hear your thoughts. I did a two-month tour of the USA in 2009.... if anyone needs some tips, just ask!
