Mexico Heading to Argentina

Currently in San Cristobal de La Cases getting ready to cross the border into Guatemala. From there I’m heading to Panama then onto Argentina. Started out in Alaska and have found myself here. I’m from Australia and I’m riding an F800GS.
Anybody heading in the same direction, if so let me know as I would like to share some riding south.

Cheers
Greg

I'm in Guatemala now and will be heading south again at the end of next week. I'm finishing up some Spanish classes and working on the bike now, riding a DR650. Let me know if you want to hook up, I'm riding to TDF as well.

As said we stay a bit longer, but maybe we meet further south.

Ride safely,

Marcus

Hey Zentropa

Sorry for the late reply as web access has been hard to get. Currently sitting in Copan Ruins Honduras getting ready to head towards Nicaragua border tomorrow and then further south from there. Let me know if we will cross paths along the way.

Cheers

peru

Would you be in Ecuador by mid october?
I'm trying to find a partner for a trip in Peru (and if possible Bolivia) for at least 35-40 days.
I'm an ecuadorian rider, my intention would be to travel mainly the andean peruvian highways. I have rode solo around my country, and i'll keep my intention to come back alone. My bike: a 2004 640 KTM
Let me know if my journey can fit with yours.

Hey RG

Just arrived in Quito from Panama today 9th September, and hope to pick my bike up from the airport tomorrow.

Looks like I will be departing Quito Friday and heading south from there, if everything goes to plan.

I seem to be traveling a lot quicker than I thought so I will be hitting Peru and Bolivia a lot sooner than October.

Cheers
Greg

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
