London to (Lake tele) in the Congo, Africa
One of my life long dreams is to visit the Likouala swamp in africa.
Im looking for people that would possibly be interested in coming with... This is a remote part of the word in Africa's congo region. Once there the main object would be traveling around the swamp, finding new species of plant/insects/animals and just general exploring Rough idea of the trip!! We'll land in Brazzaville where we'll meet up with our Guide and Translator. After that We'll be hitching a ride on a boat going North on the Congo River and cut off on a tributary leading to the village of Impfondo. We'll get off there and hike roughly 46 miles to the remote village Matoko. After getting more water and food we'll pack up and trek another 20 miles through the Likouala swamp region to the Bangombe pygmy tribe living on the southern tip of Lac Tele This would be a trip of a life time I think For anyone who would be genuinly interested let me know Or just a round trip of africa ?
