Trans-Labrador Highway on July 3 – July 5

I will be riding Trans-Labrador Highway on July 3 – July 5. Anybody around these places?

After TLH I am going to the Rock (Newfoundland) and then to Nova Scotia and Gaspe Peninsula.

Stop in on your way home.

I will be doing the trans-lab highway in early August, so I'll miss out on your trip. If you happen to come near Halifax on your way back,I'd like to hear how you made out. We have a family run a campground near Peggy's Cove. There is always campsites available for adventure bikers. Keep in touch. Lightkeeper.

Lightkeeper,

Thanks a lot for invitation :-) If I don’t get delayed I would love to come over to Indian Harbour. Peggy Cove Rd looks just beautiful on Google maps :-)

I haven't been to Labrador (yet) but the rest of trip is fantastic, Newfie, NS and Gaspe are absolutely great places. Don't forget to ride the coast of New Brunswick up to Gaspe. Also if you get around Wolfville, Annapolis Valley, give a shout, always a bed, shower, and food for a traveller!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
