HUMM Travellers ?

Me and mi mate have booked in on the 08 HUMM this summer on our way down to Morocco ........

Is anyone else riding / driving down to the HUMM ?

Dont want to barge in or owt but it would be good to know who is going
also when you are leaving ?

Prob useful be in touch with others who are en-route to the HUMM at the same time in case of problems etc.

Down to HUMM 2008

Olander, there will be two of us heading down for HUMM, thinking of leaving for France on the Thursday night if there's a crossing.

Could be a good giggle to do some of the trip together, what plans do you have thus far?
We'll probably be on a couple of Honda XR650L trail bikes, so if this might hold you up, then no worries.

I seem to be going on the same ferry as you Santrix !

I am travelling with this Gonk who rides a Yellow BMW F650 GS who I met
on the F650 website .
He roped me into going to Morocco with him as well ! ( To hold his hand ! )

Baron Bolton,

As Santrix said we are going to Sanander on Wednesday 23rd.

We are going the easy way to save our tyres for trail riding in Spain and the Morocco.

I am on a KTM 640 Adv. and Ade is going on his F650 GS .

We could maybe meet up before the HUMM depending on how long it'll take you to get down to the Pyrenees ?

Are you riding or driving the bikes down ?

Jon

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
