Guatemala beginning of October
 

Hi, I`m in Mexico City right now heading for Oaxaca tomorrow and plan on entering Guatemala at the beginning of October. Is anyone around that area going my way (CA to SA) who`d like some company for a while?

Howdy. I am in Guaymas and heading south. Not sure of where I am going but I will earmark this thread and maybye meet up along the way.

I am in Antigua guatamala today. Came down from Sancristobal Mexico. Roads are passable but slow going at times. Lots of road is double divided but half is all you get because of mud slides. Took me 1 and a half days to get here but with roads good it would be one long day for the iron but crowd.
Rode with some locals on big harleys , yamahas. bmw s. I have never ridden with such abandon in my life. What a rush . Thanks to the Guatamala city boys.:funmeteryes:

Looks as though over the next couple of weeks 4 or 5 of us will be in roughly the same area all heading south.

Keep posting your whereabouts & I'm sure we'll meet on the road, making the Honduran border & maybe even the Panama - Columbia crossing a little easier.
