Hi there,

I will leave Delhi within the next few days for Pakistan.

My plan is to spend a couple of weeks in Pakistan (esp. riding the Karakorum highway, monsuun permitting) and to enter Iran by end of August or so (my time schedule is pretty flexible). After Iran I will probably take the ferry to UAE.

Would not mind some company, espacially for crossing Baluchistan.

I can't come with you in person (boo) but there appear to be loads of us interested in that route so loads of folks to talk to here. Keep us posted as to your progress, the good stuff and the bad.

I'm in Iran right now. Crossing into Pakistan in two weeks or so. Heading your way ... somewhat. I'm going over Chitral - Gilgit then to the KKH. Wrong direction, right idea.. :-)

hello,
just wondering where any of you guys in iran/pakistan thought was the best place to cross. Is it best keeping south and going through pishin or kuhak or keeping to the busier mir javeh route? Any info would be good.
