Europe Charity Trip, 46 countries, can i sleep on your floor!?

I am an 18year old girl and live in the north of scotland,
this summer my (44 year old) friend and i are going on a motorcycle trip through every country in mainland europe to raise money for two childrens charities.
We are travelling between May and September, and think that we will have a waaaaay more exciting trip if we stay with loads of locals along the way!
So if you have a spare space on your floor and would like a bottle of whisky, please post a reply or drop me an email! If people are interested i will post our itinery on this forum so you know where we will be when!

PM sent, but also....

...have a look on the left hand side of the web page and look for "communities". Many towns are listed where HUBBers have logged themselves as contact points for travellers.

Look up the town. Send an email and wait for responses.

The email gets re-directed to all registered in that particular community, and then folks can respond if they can/want to help.

money to Children in Distress and World Emergency Relief!

Im an eighteen yearold girl and just passed my bike test.
This summer my friend and I are travelling through all 46 mainland countries in europe, to raise money for two childrens charities.
Would you like to be the official sponsorer of a kilometer of our trip?
You can do this through our website - Search Results for " blogpspot.com " , each kilometer costs just twenty pence; the money goes to a very worthy cause!

Does the full amount of any donation go to the Children in Distress and World Emergency Relief charity or is part of it utilised to fund the trip?

New to Horizons Unlimited?

New to motorcycle travelling? New to the HU site? Confused? Too many options? It's really very simple - just 4 easy steps!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
