Hi Pockey,

I am planning to ride from London to Cape town, leaving October'09, and hopefully arriving late January'10. My intended route at first was via the east coast, but I've been looking into the west coast the last 2 months as an alternative. I ride a f650gsd, which I'm halfway through preparing. Which bike are you riding/planning on riding? I'm based in london, so if you're nearby, I would be glad to meet up with you and discuss it further.
