Croatia too hot July and August, perfect April May and Sept Oct. I will be going la harvre through france and down the east coast of Italy and then a ferry across to dubrovnik.
. Arriving in Cherbourg Sunday week and hope to find a campsite that's open. Having a few drinks with friends on Friday - you're more then welcome to join. Apparently I'm getting an escort to the boat also 
. What date are you heading over. Could meet up the North of France, if it suits you?
we would need to meet up before you depart alright, if we both want to go a bit together. Two shortens the road. 
The 1200GS is the bike for the job that im sure. Talk soon.
