Denmark, Sweden ,Latvia and Lithuania - August 2012 any tips and maybe a meetup?
 

Hi.
I'm planing a trip from London through Hamburg (where i meet my mate) to Denmark take a bridge to Sweden from where we gonna eventually (stockholm) cross to Latvia or maybe even Estonia then we'll move south to Poland and back .
I'm looking for some tips on good places to visit on the way and maybe some local ride meet-up. If you live somewhere on our way and fancy showing us some good roads and sights, give a shout! Thx. Martin
