Cordoba, Argentina - > Bogota, Columbia. Who wanna join?
Hi all
I am Alon, a 32 years old idiot who had enough, quit a good job and gave away his apartment and stuff. It was three and a half months ago when i got to south America. Was sitting in a bus and did see many grand things. However, at some point I have realized that this is not the trip I want, I was missing the adventure part. Staying at a hostel in Buenos Aires I accidentally heard a coversation that changed everything. It was a biker (Peter Foulkes, you rock!!), who was talking about his motorcycle story. I immediately turned on, because this was my original dream which I didn't know how to materialize. Peter pointed me to the hubb and this more or less was all I needed. To make it short, I took a bus to Santiago , Chile and bought there a new Euromot GXT200. It took me two weeks to get all things done in terms of papers, modifications, equipment and then I hit the road to Mendoza. Now I am in Cordoba. My general direction from here on is north. I wanna go to Bolivia, Peru, Equador and Columbia. I try not to ride no more than 450km a day and in that pace I believe it will take about 5 months. I think it is not too Ambitious and that it will be much fun. It will be even more fun with another buddy, so let me know if you are interested. Cheers
