Just an update for those interested. the plan of mutiple entry/exit points is probably being shelved as it has proved far too complicated and costly. So the likely plan now is to enter from Kyrgyzstan and exit into Laos. Total duration of ride will be 35 days; the 30 day option would be over ambitious and rushed in my view. The price for this is far more reasonable and with the right number of bikers (which is somewhat subjective) I think it is affordable (again that is subjective). We have close to the total number of bikers already, but some may drop out as crunch time approaches, so there is still a possibility of joining us. As usual, somebody in a 4by4 would be most welcome, as renting the vehicle for the guide to ride in is a large part of the price. Anyway, it is O'clock.Cheers.

Hey mate, so defo 2 of us are in...entry is ideal but is it possible to exit the other side of Burma (as we'd intend to ride back as well)..or drop off somewhere along the line so that we can ride back to Europe?

Just to clarify. Revenues trip is in no way associated with mine. I am not selling a trip; I am organizing like minded bikers to share the cost of travelling through China and Tibet. The quotes I have been getting are looking like £1500 per person with 7 or 8 riders. Revenue: I do not appreciate you selling your tour on my thread. If others wish to join you; that is their choice. To be clear: the tour being sold by Revenue is in no way connected to that discussed on this thread.

Hi Wuming

I am interested in this. I think I am going to be in that area around that time anyway.

I want to ride China, but really want to ride from Europe to Oz, not fly. The only other option that MAY be available at that time, is ride through Bangladesh and into Mayanmar. With the new openness starting to happen, there may be a small chance that could happen. But, then again, riding into Tibet and China would be cool.

Anyway, count me as a possible at this stage

Cheers

I will absolutely not get into an argument on the internet. It is pointless and un-edifying. Your use of personal insults is most impressive though, especially as you don't know me. Well done. I am sure you are proud of that.
Please advertise your trip on a separate thread.

Hi wuming
I want a PM too! I'm definitely interested in this trip. I will be leaving from Paris end of May and hope to arrive at the entry point on time.

You could say that since I'm leaving before you there should be no problem but with me you never know, I'm much less organized...

Anyways, I'm in for the Kyrgyzstan border-China-Laos border part. What's the budget so far?

Ride safe
Nacho
