Hi guys, just tossing my name in the ring for KKH, not sure about Burma yet as may still opt for flight freight Kathmandu-BKK.

Still sifting through posts and blogs, but is China and Burma the only countries with guide reqs on the EU to AUS route?

Please clarify the clause with your agent Navo - that 5 persons of the same nationality have to travel together. This was an amendment last year by the authorities in China, for a year. I could not go thro coz of this and we were only two of the same nationality.

All the best. If coming to India you are welcome. Give me a shout.

Kayjay, I really don't think that is the case, if it is I haven't heard anyone mention it other than yourself.

Kim, speaking of Iran do you know if you'll be going that way, have you looked into a guide?

Hi Guys,

We'd also be very keen to get on board with guide sharing down the KKH. Looks like you've got 5 already... can the group be larger than this? I've just added our trip details to the main 'Heading East 2015' thread (nice work there Kim - I'm glad I stumbled across that).

How far along are the plans, and is there any chance in joining? We're 2 Australians 2 up on a '05 Transalp.

We're also keen to join any potential crews for Burma some time around October 2015.

Cheers!

Sinky,

can I confirm that the burma crossing costs would cover the same spectrum of requirements as per KKH crossing? I.E. all I need to consider is my own personal expenses?

Kim,

did you get my PM? I'm Australian by nationality
