US to Mexico October 2003

Anyone interested in going the national (Mexican) BMW meeting in Cuernavaca and then on to the HU meeting in Creel? I'm leaving Chicago in early October and planning to go to Houston and then along the Gulf Coast to maybe Veracruz then west to Puebla then Cuernavaca. Toying with the idea of following the Pacific coast from Acapulco up a ways then to Guadalajara and then on to Creel. Plans subject to change. Only two dates are firm: 1) Oct 23-25 in Cuernavaca and 10/31 to 11/2 in Creel (Copper Canyon). A little company might be nice. I'm planning on taking a road bike so I expect to stay to el pavamiento as much as possible.

Hi

I'm going to be in Mexico around Nov / Dec this year, does that co-incide with your plans?

I'll probably be leaving Cuernavaca on 10/26 and plan to be in Creel for the HU goings-on by 10/31.

Details are posted on the Meetings page - links on the left - as best we know at this point, more details to come soon.

For the moment, Oct 31 - Nov 2 in Creel are good!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
