Bolivia/Peru - November

Will anybody be in the area in November?
Anywhere between Salar de Uyuni and the border to Ecuador. I will be travelling with my Honda Transalp and would like to meet some fellow travellers.

Will arrive in Santiago Oct 25 and pick up bikes and head for Bolivia/Peru/ possibly Equador. Me and two wild Canadians. Have two KLR's bought in Santiago and will pick up one Honda XL. Maybe finally meet you on the road. If you have a traveling email, shoot me the address and we can tie in together. Will have to leave Chile Nov 24. Returning again Jan 10-Feb10,2002 for trip to Terra del Fuego.

I'll be in Peru and Bolivia late November and early december. Leaving from Mexico-USA border next week, going south to Panama without much stopping. Planning to do Central America fairly quick and spend some time in the Andes. Will be riding a KLR. My trip ends in Paraguay. See you on the road. email: in link above

Hi there,
My brother and me are right now in the North of Ecuador and plan to be in Ushuia around mid-January.
We are riding an Afica Twin and R1150Gs from Alaska.
It would be great to meet any traveller who is around.

Jose and Jaime

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
