Balkans / Turkey May-June

As the title says, planning a trip to the Balkans and then on to Turkey
and possible Georgia..time permitting. I am travelling from UK on an
Africa Twin and meeting up in Slovenia with another rider coming from
France on an XT. This would be around 27/8 May.

Hoping to ride mainly small roads and tracks with some pure off-road.
We will be mostly camping/wild camping.
Looking for another rider..

Cheers Phin

If you are coming into Bulgaria (lots of tracks etc here) don't forget to call in at Doug's Motocamp here in our village.

Hi Phin,

I am not sure if my dates will match yours. I depart from London in 3rd May, but will spend some time in Spain/Pyrinees and Alps. If dates matches, it would be great to join you. I want to do pretty much the same type of ride you , and wild camping is all right for me.

Otherwise, it would be great if you share the tracks so that I can follow your steps

Let's keep in touch.
Angel

Hi Phin, if you are looking for another rider, here's one. I'm Daniel and I am going to ride from Holland to Georgia (Kazbegi) and back in june. I will be arriving in Villach (Austria) on the 5th and I would like to join you guys in riding some tracks in the Balkans, Turkey or Georgia. Only on the 10th, 11th and 12th I have to be in Istanbul, the rest of the time, I'm very flexible. Wild camping sounds great.

Gr. Daniel
