cairns to darwin.july 2001.adventure style bikes.fair bit of back country roads. gulf of carpentaria to arnhem land then on to kakadu national park.easy touring.plenty of camping grounds or stay at the starlight hotel.some long distance travel. e.g. 300-400km without fuel stops. but only a couple.10-14 days to destination.this will be a group agrees type travel. no hard fast plans. only to relax and have a bit of fun. perfect weather, no rain for 6months at this time of year.email me at grantross@hotmail.com or ph (09) 4802041 new zealand no. i am an aussie so i do know where i am going up there.i think.
