Aussies Biking from London to Europe for 9 weeks March 19th till 20 May 2014
 

Hi Guys and Girls,We my Girl friend ,my self and my sister,are flying to London ,leaving Adelaide Aust, on the 17 March..Going to buy 2 bikes in Germany,or London..70s Jap bikes,yammy,honda ,Suzuki,or kwacker.The mind boggles..such great bikes...my sister will get a 250-400,cc...and I would like a 400-1200cc.Any one with a bike for sale let us know...We plan to travel about 150 km a day for 9 weeks.Germany ,Munich, and the Black Forest reigen,then to Prague,Budapest,Croatia, Italy,Barcelona,Paris , and back to London...Im 61,yrs young...Would like some tips on the trip,Must see places etc...Going to stay in local holiday flats and hostels/Back Packers we call them...I ride a Gs 650 bmw in os and Drive a 61 Sunbeam Alpine sports car for fun also..Would love to catch with other travellers,or locals,,anyone to join us for part of the trip...Will get a local phone,so we can get in contact and will have computer for the trip also...If we buy the bikes in Germany,Ithinkn we can get registration,with an export rego for the duration of the trip and then send them back ti OZ on the plane..will we have any problems in EU countries with a carnet?I hope we don't need one What a pain in the arse..Never trust your Government...Any advice would be appreciated..
