Arriving in dilli end of march start of April 2014

Anyone going to be around in dilli.....coming or going at that time. will be arriving from Darwin. After reading all the ferry/shipping challenges it would be nice to meet someone who either just came through and has recent info. Or someone who wants to join me in the pain of leaving timor towards Indonesia lol.

cheers from the road

Hello Ryan,
My friends and I are to load our bikes onto the same ship I think your bike is on. We are in Darwin now and will be taking our bikes to be shipped on Tuesday if all goes according to plan as I see from your blog that the ship has been delayed at least once. At this stage we will stay in Darwin until the ship leaves. I hope we can catch up in Dili.

Hey Shane,
be aware if the ship sails on the 11th you'll need to have your bike there a couple of days before.
Have a good ride.

Hey thanks Brian, How long did it take you to clear customs in Darwin? I was assuming I could do that in 2 days max? Do you think that is reasonable or not long enough?

That ship has been delayed in Singapore and apparently it wont be leaving till the 19th now and the cut off is Monday 14th so I guess? I could spend the Friday before getting it cleared and drop it off to Toll on the Monday?
