Anyone for Xmas in Spain??
 

I am seriously thinking about jumping on the Portsmouth-Bilbao ferry and heading for sunny southern spain for xmas/ new year. If anyone interested or is already doing it and has room for a small ( 6ft, 16 stone ) one, let me know.

I'm trying to sort bike hire in Argentina to get down to Ushuaia for new year, but if the cost works out to be too extortionate, your idea sounds like a good alternative - are you only going to go for xmas, or you gonna stay for New year too?

What were you thinking in terms of accomodation and where were you thinking of heading to?

Much as I love my family, I actually wouldn't mind escaping for a year :innocent:

was thinking of doing a couple of weeks, from 20 Dec to 5 Jan ( ish ).

I know it wont be baking hot then, but it will be a damn site better than here methinks.

Hadn't thought about accomodation too much, but being off season hotels should be quite inexpensive.
