Hi
Was curious as to the approximate amount of time you expected your trip to take, and approximate budget. Are you shipping vehicles back or making a loop? Just rolling things around in my head right now--but it's a start!

Hi Dano,

I'll be on the easy coast something during the latter half of 2010. Going the other way to you (assuming your going south).

I'll look you up closer to the time and we'll meet for a or two.

Richard

We've given up on Libya. Too much of a pain in the ass with visas and paying for guides etc.

We have changed our route to go through Syria and Jordan and hop the ferry to Egypt.

Hello

Yes, you are right regarding the visa and the guide

But do you re-calculate total cost of changing the route ?

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
