3624 miles charity ride around the UK coastline. 1 - 14st Sept
 

This is an open invite Charity Ride to promote awareness of the National Autistic Sociaty (NAS) on behalf of a good friend of mine, Paul Newman, and his son who has Autism and has benefited from the charity immensely and wish simply to give something back.

The ride is over 14 days, traveling anti-clockwise following the coast of the UK with varying miles per day from 141 to 383 at one point and wherever you are in the country you are most welcome to arrange to tag along for whatever distance you wish.
