1 month: India, Mexico, Cuba . .whereever!
Hi, I have one month to travel in either jan or feb and would prefer to hook up with someone to do the trip with. Looking at mexico, india, or cuba(if as an american I can get in legally). Would be open to other suggestions as well.
As far as the broad variety of potential destinations, each has its own rationale. Mexico: Appealing because I can take my own bike(KLR650) and I speak spanish which allow me to get a bit more out of it than my prior trips to asia. India: I've been told it's such an amazing place and bikes are readily and cheaply available. Cuba: Same as mexico(no bike though)but I'm also extremely interested in cuban culture and history. I would only go if I can find some legal way of travel as I have heard of some. I'm looking into renting bikes from locals. ME: 27 years old laid back non drug user. My attitude towards travel is that everything is new to me so I'll go whereever. Traveled through cambodia, laos, thailand, vietnam in 2004 . . about 1/3 of the 5000k in the dirt. Really into learning about culture and history. Like to party but nothing excessive. Let me know if you're interested.
