Your thoughts for Sam

Hi Everyone
I wanted to let you know that Sam Davidson - yes, the mad Scottish one that knows North West Africa inside out and runs the tyre changing competition at the Horizons UK Meeting could do with your thoughts.
He undergoes his second open heart operation tomorrow (Monday 23rd Jan). It's a congenital condition- something he never complains about but which is obviously very serious. He's in Glasgow Royal Infirmary- Ward 66 if anyone feels like sending him a card- he's there for a week

I know he's a battler and he'll pull through-but it needs telling - he'll be very annoyed with me telling the world.
Thanks
Tiffany

Our thoughts are with him.

If I send a card now it might make it a day or two after he leaves.

Edit - sent one, they can send it on if it gets there late

He's doing well so far.the five hour operation was completed successfully on Monday evening and he is currently in the Intensive Care Unit.
I'm hoping to talk to him within the next few days.
Thanks for the messages I've been receiving about Sam- his family appreciate your thoughts.
