Have a Google for "blackbox camera" there's a selection available for in vehicle use which might be suitable, also both Android and iPhone have apps which will do the same thing. I'm guessing quality might not be the best, but maybe worth a look?

Ive got a camer I have filmed on board bike stuff with before and intend to film as much of my trip as possible.

As for "publishing" it I guess it depends of the presentation and post production, which again I intend to arange prior to going.

There's definately a hunger for this type of stuff. you only have to watch the "dangerous roads" BBC series on currently. But most folks either dont want to actually do it or can't for a whole host of reasons.

Travellogues have always gone down well from the longway round back to Michael Palin's journeys and going even further back to Whickers World.

As for getting paid - well its a dream of most I guess, but sponsorship and getting paid for it generally seems to require a certain amount of celebrity status to start with.
