Well worth a look...

Have a look at these pictures, it might make you re-think about Harley's as adventure bikes!

Grant is probably too nice to remove this post, but what is it with Adv people cross posting on this site. There are some people on this site who have taken old Harleys around the world. (flame away http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/ubb/wink.gif)

Nothing wrong with a little cross posting if the topic's interesting, were all into bikes? There are quite a few threads on AdvRider re-directing people to HU for advice on worldwide.

I think I would rather ride a bonnie in mud than an 1150 adventure.

Excellent pics, wouldn't have seen them if you hadn't posted, thanks. Chris

Hey JSherm,

I see a Dakar parked over by the Seaport in Manhattan, that's not you is it?

No, I just got my Dakar out of BMW prison after a month and a half. If you want the details you can read it on f650.com or bmwmoa.org http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/ubb/smile.gif

I am thinking of having a NY meeting soon, though.
