Touren-Fahrer

Does anybody know if its possible to get the Touren-Fahrer magazine online or by subscription in English. Bourght the latest issue here in Germany and they have what look like great articles.. on a differrent level to anything from Australia.

Looking for ways (in addition to Horizons of course),to travel vicariously for the next few years!

Tourenfahrer is a great magazine, tons of really well-done and in-depth articles. Shames most magazines I've seen elsewhere, not just Aus. They have also been supporting HU for over three years now, and I'm proud and pleased to be associated with them.

Tourenfahrer is only available in German - sorry. I have discussed an English version with them, and not at this time. They translate my (English) travel column into German for the magazine.

Online is also not available in English. There is some info on the site available to all, but there's lots more if you subscribe - but also German only. Altavista's Babelfish works well enough to get the idea. Click on the translate link on all of our pages.

Thanks Grant..probably not the answer I was after but thanks for trying. I´m told that the KTM Adventure 950 held up well its first 25000kms.

Hi, Don't know if it's available in Austrailia, but we've had 'Motorcycle Voyager' here for just over a year. The mag has all sorts of articles on touring and overlanding all over the world on all sorts of bikes. You could probably get a subscription and get it sent to every month.

The address for subscriptions and enquiries is;
Bridge House,
7 & 9 Church Road,
Bristol,
B55 9JJ.
UK.
Tel; 044 117 9547012

Email; info@motorcyclevoyager.com
