suzuki parts & repair in mexico & central america

hey all. I'm getting ready to leave soon but still getting stuff together. I'm looking for any info on places to get parts & or repair for my suzuki dr in mexico & the rest of Central America. Any info would help, even a web site where to get info would be helpful. Thanks much,...Kev

Your best bet is to line-up a parts supplier in the USA before you go. If you need parts, it will almost certainly be faster and cheaper to have them shipped directly from the US by FedEx or DHL than to try and track them down with the local country's dealer network.

In most of Latin America any vehicle is a luxury, and most motorcycle dealerships will have only small utilitarian motorcycles like a CB-125, etc.
