I need to get my bike back to the UK by the 18th October.

Anyone got any companies they'd recommend using/avoiding?

just picked up my bike from a Cape town to Heathrow flight with SAA. Cost me 4000 rand including customser docs, pretty good i thought. Make sure you talk to the sales department for a better per kg price.
I had to pay 200 squid to clear customs here though (aussie registered bike) and 30 squid handling charge.
