Northern to Southern Spain Trip
 

Hello, I'm travelling solo on my Kawasaki GT750 from the UK. Taking a ferry to Santander in mid June this year. Then riding south to Almeria. I'll be camping on the way. I plan to take 5 to 6 days each way for the trip, meeting my wife in an hotel in Almeria. I plan to visit and stay in some of the villages south of Granada such as Orgiva and Trevelez. Can anyone suggest routes, maps and some good campsites to stay please? Thanks. Mike.

We did south to north completely avoiding motorways a couple of years ago. It was a brill ride taking an easy two and half days. Most of the time we seemed to be on the Ruta de Castilles. Lots of castles obviously but also some beautiful towns and villages. I can't remember the exact route but I am sure google will find it. We stayed in hostals we found on route. About 30-50euro per room per night depending on the hostal.

I like travelling in Spain. It's nice.
