import vehicle frame into Spain
 

Does anyone happen to know what the paperwork is like for a vehicle frame (not an entire vehicle) to be imported from another EU country into Spain?

Is it subject to import duty (as if it were the entire vehicle), or not (as if it were a vehicle part), given that I haven't owned the frame for more than the 6 month limit?

Can the frame then be registered as a vehicle in Spain (once it's been re-built, of course), as if it were a normal vehicle import from another EU country?
