Still worth a go though. I am by no means an authority on its organisation or headcount.

Ask in the meeting forum !!

own meeting?

A bit like you Roi, I was there a few years ago when there were, maybe, a couple of 100; getting big now and I can't imagine how Lumley F looks with 500 inside the place.

Still there are other meetings in the offing, such as Portugal/Spain that should have better weather and there have been off-shoot meetings in the NE of England (or you could organise one yourself for the NW if you are having withdrawal symptoms!!)

Cheers,

Dave

Thumbs up H.u.u.k.

Thanks Dave,

For the idea of a north western mini meet, could do with meeting up with a few of us that have been locked out (lol), i think that back field will be packed out, hope it doesn't go like the Bol D'or at the Paul Ricard years ago that when you park your bike your stuck there for the wk-end, just have to sort something out for anybody thats interested and find pub or place to meet up on this side of the pennine's, im off to france an the south in 2wks taking missus with me, she trying out her new passport, so i'll have to see what happens in the nxt few wks or so. Thanks,

Roi. n Bron.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
