Entering Morocco,

I am a UK person, with UK passport, so essentially, entry into Morocco should be quite strait forward.
However, I am travelling with a Chinese national, who is on 6 month holiday in UK, with UK multiple entry visa, and Shengen multiple entry visa for Europe.
I have heard that my companion, would need to apply for a Morocco visa in Beijing, China.
Clearly, this is just not financially viable, to go all the way back to Beijing and get a visa for Morocco.
My question is, would my companion be turned away at the Morocco border, even if we just wanted to enter for 7 days, then out again ?

Or can money change hands under the table ?
