Currency?

I'm travelling to the Czech republic and Poland in about a month. When in Western Europe, I tend to work on about €30-35 a day for food / petrol (I eat cheaply and ride an F800!). I can't seem to work out how much this might need to translate to in the above currencies? I can obviously work out the exchange rate, but it's about the relative costs of things in these countries; I don't think they will be as expensive as Switzerland, say.

Any thoughts / experiences? How much would you put aside per day baring in mind my Western Europe funding? Accommodation is all sorted, it's just food and petrol.

Thanks in advance.

Petrol will be about £1.10 per litre. You can eat very well for £15, that will get a three course meal in a good restaurant. Beer will be between £1.50 and £2.00 a pint.
